Deliveries and Returns Policy
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 1-2 working days using our next day deliver service and providing orders were placed before 2pm the previous day.
International delivery times are subject to the location you order from.
If you receive a damaged/faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt byemailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and an explanation of the defect.
Please send images of the problem too if possible.
We will then advise you the next step to make and if there is a genuine defect we will issue you instructions on how to return it.
If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
We can offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.
We cannot exchange or refund altered goods.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a returns docket and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
If for some reason you receivedthe wrong order please notify us within 48 hours of receipt byemailing email@example.com Explain the problem so that we are able to rectify it and exchange your item for the correct order immediately.
When returning an item to use we recommend that you send it via recorded delivery so that you have a tracking number in the event that the returned item does not reach us.
All items are your responsibility until we receive them.
We strongly advise that you return items with their original packaging, with all labels, tags still attached and in an unused or unwashed condition or we will be unable to accept them
