T-SHIRTS, HOODIES, SWEATSHIRTS
Relatively slim fitting but "true to size" with some stretch. If you like fitted tees, select your most commonly worn size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to size up. Models are wearing Medium because they prefer a slim fit, but Large would also fit them great with a little extra room.
SHORTS
Shorts have a slightly elasticated waist plus drawstrings so are quite flexible.
As a guide:
S = waist size 28-32
M = waist size 32-34
L = waist size 34 - 36
